This pretty thatched cottage is set on a hill overlooking Croagh Patrick. The refurbishing of the cottage has been a labour of love by its owners, one of whom is an interior designer. The cottage has been totally rebuilt and is furnished to a very high standard with lots of antiques and artefacts. Cloonkeen Cottage is 3 miles from Castlebar and 7 miles from the pretty town of Westport so amenities like fishing, boating, golf, hillwalking, swimming, pony trekking, theatre and many more are abundant.
