Set back from the road leading to the stunning Beara Peninsula, it is 3 miles from Glengarriff with its lovely wooded valley and harbour, good craft shops, restaurants and pubs. It offers excellent walking - Seal Harbour, Sugar Loaf Mountain, the nature reserve and Barley Lake are all close by. Lake fishing within 500 yards and good golf courses locally. A highlight of Glengarriff is the glorious Garnish Island Gardens. Take a trip over the Healy Pass or across the Caha Mountains to Kenmare. Bantry (13 miles) has cinema, leisure centre and Bantry House and Gardens. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles._Ground floor: Living room with wooden floor. Dining room/kitchen with tiled floor.
