This beautifully restored country cottage is set on a quiet country road but is just 1 mile from the busy village. Situated in Longford, it is close to the border with Roscommon and Leitrim.<br />The cottage overlooks the River Shannon and restful evenings can be spent on the patio watching the boats go by. Well presented with underfloor heating, and pine ceilings with recessed lighting, its aspect ensures that maximum sunlight is enjoyed at all times of the day.<br />Activities in the area include fishing, golf and equestrian centre, or visit Lough Rynn Castle, Strokestown House, Leitrim Railway Museum and Arigna Coalmine.
