The famous ’magic road’ and Mahon Waterfalls are within 6 miles and a 7 mile drive brings you to the golden sands at picturesque seaside village of Stradbally. There are numerous other beaches and fishing harbours to explore and golf, fishing, riding and boat trips are available locally. There is excellent shopping in Waterford and Cork and possible excursions include Lismore Castle, Kilkenny Castle, St Declans Tower Ardmore, the Rock of Cashell and the Jamieson Centre at Middleton.
