These mews cottages are situated on the banks of the River Barrow in the picturesque and historic village of St. Mullins, 10 miles from New Ross. These delightful holiday homes have been created within a fomer grain warehouse and are delightfully furnished and decorated with shared use of a courtyard, perfect for relaxing and dining al fresco. The cottages are within 20 yards of the river making them ideal retreats for nature lovers, fishermen, walkers and cyclists, the tow path is part of the Barrow Way walking trail. St Mullins boasts ancient ruins of a mott and bailey, a pretty church and graveyard plus a traditional pub. Golf and horse riding are available locally, and the beautiful beaches of County Wexford like the one at Duncannon, are just a 25 mile drive. Kilkenny Castle, Jerpoint Abbey and Duncannon beach are all within 25 miles, and there are beautiful gardens at woodstock, Kilmakee and the JFK Arboretum. _Woodburning stove in living room, gas CH and elec (by meter reading).
